(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies: (1) Implement the reserved share measures, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically for procurement from small and medium-sized enterprises. 2、须系我国境内依法设立的法人或非法人组织；
3、供应商及拟派工作人员未参与过该建设项目投资监理、内部审价工作，与该建设项目无直接工作关系。
4、本项目不允许转包。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. The supplier and the proposed staff have not participated in the investment supervision or internal price review of this construction project and have no direct working relationship with it. 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
